Frank Schneider
In the past 15 years of his professional career, Frank has worked in the fields of public relations, public affairs and journalism for profit and non-profit organisations in various European countries. Before joining the Central Europe Programme he advised a high-level EU project (EU Advisory Group) and the Prime Minister’s office in Armenia on communications and led the communication unit of the European Railway Association (CER) in Brussels. His educational background includes a Master’s degree in International Relations and Communications obtained in Germany and Great Britain. In addition, Frank is specifically trained in international project management and gained experience as a project manager in the 7th European Research Framework Programme.
