Curriculum Vitae
Christophe Ebermann
Christophe is German and grew up in Brussels, Belgium. He studied Landscape Planning in Vienna/Austria, in UK as well as in Canada and specialised during his studies on urban and regional development. In addition he holds a Master degree in General Management obtained at the IAE Aix-en-Provence Business School, France. He started his career in Brussels at the European Commission, DG Environment, where he contributed to the development of the Thematic Strategy on the Urban Environment. This initial experience was followed by several years of consultant work for local and regional authorities where he was involved in the elaboration and evaluation of urban and regional development strategies (often linked to the Structural Funds). More recently, he has been in charge of managing EU-funded Technical Assistance projects in Third countries. At the Central Europe JTS Christophe works as Project Manager, responsible for the assessment and monitoring of projects. Furthermore he is the Deputy Head of the Monitoring and Evaluation Unit.
