Luca Ferrarese
Luca comes from Italy and after his Ph.D. in Life Sciences he gained a decennial experience in the field of regional and territorial programming and development, as well as technical and financial management of international projects in the framework of different EU Policies and Funds, further focusing on the European Territorial Cooperation Objective. His past experience includes several years of academic activities also in the field of EU projects management. Luca holds the position of Head of Secretariat in Vienna.
