7 minute workout

Seven minutes of training a day, you have no idea how good it felt. The app was designed around HICT (High Intensity Circuit Training), which has been proven to be the “safest, most productive and most effective” way to improve muscle and aerobic fitness. It lasts only seven minutes and consists of 12 exercises to be performed for 30 seconds with 10 second intervals between them.

It’s a free exercise app. However, if you want to access unlimited, ad-free, personalized training plans, you’ll need to pay €20.43 for three months. Available for Android and iOS.

  • Meditation is much easier with the help of this app. The beginner plan is free and includes three, five or ten minutes and different types of meditation.
  • There are versions to listen to before bed and you can even choose a male or female voice. However, it is only available in English.
