The incoming Latvian Presidency of the EU, together with DG REGIO and the Regional Researches Association is organising a meeting on the challenges for the changed cohesion plan 2014-2020 to happen next 4-6 February 2015 in Riga. It focuses on bringing together the academic as well as policy globes to analyze the difficulties and opportunities for Communication plan in 2014-2020.
