In the view of the 4th call for project proposals which was opened on 10 June the National Contact Points of the CENTRAL EUROPE Programme held their National Info Days in June 2011. The aim of these events was to inform potential applicants on funding possibilities and on news concerning the fourth call, but also to address project development and financial issues.  

National Info Day in Austria

Vienna, 7 July 2011

The Contact Point of Austria has organised its National Info Day in Vienna on 7 July 2011 in order to provide suport to the applicants in preparation of their project proposals in the view of the submissions of their application forms within the Fourth Call for Proposals.

National Info Day in the Czech Republic

Prague, 20 June 2011

The National Info Day in the Czech Republic took place on 20 June in Prague.

The event strived to outline the possiblities of funding through CENTRAL EUROPE Programme within its 4th call for project proposals. Presentations on Programme framework, success factors of project development and the process of evaluation, selection and implementation of projects has been delivered.

The National Info Day attracted around 50 participants from all regions of the Czech Republic.

National Info Day in Poland

Opole, 24 May 2011

On 24 of May 2011 the Polish Contact Point organised National Info Day in Opole. The event aimed at encouraging Polish institutions to join transnational projects within the forthcoming call for proposals of the CENTRAL EUROPE Programme. 

During meeting were demonstrated benefits and chances given by transnational endeavors of cooperation with partners coming from different countries of CENTRAL EUROPE, ready for knowledge exchange and searching for new solutions of common problems.  
Besides general rules of project’s creation and implementation, the audience had possibilities to listen to the good practices of ongoing project’s actions. The Vice-President of Opole City described the achievements to date of the Via Regia plus project for the city’s public transport planning and commuting management. Representative of Marshal Office of Opole Region presented the pilot tourist products elaborated within project Listen to the Voice of Villages. Lead Partner of project FOKS demonstrated outcomes of pilot examinations of ground water’s pollution left by pesticide factory in Jaworzno city.

Representative of First Level Control body also gave presentation of eligibility rules in CE Programme as well as provided some good advices about budget preparation and expenditures reporting.

National Info Day in Italy

Treviso, 20 June 2010

In the view of the fourth call for project proposals the Contact Point of Italy has organised its Ntional Info Day in Treviso on 20 June 2011.

The event aimed to support Lead Applicants and project promoters in preparation of their project proposals in the view of the submissions of their application forms within the Fourth Call for Proposals.

In the afternoon this will be followed up by FLC technical seminar open to First Level Controllers and Financial Managers. More information can be found HERE.

More than 140 people attended the Italian national info day in Treviso on 20 June 2011. The participants gave a positive feedback about the event and presented new project ideas to the representatives of the National Contact Point.

National Info Day in Slovenia

Ljubljana, 9 June 2011

Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning organized a national Info day at the 4th Call of Central Europe Programme on 9.6.2011 in Ljubljana. The Info day aims were to introduce 4th Call and to provide information enabling Slovenian project partners to optimizing their project applications.
At the same occasion the Seminar of the first level control for the South East Europe Programme was organized. At the seminar participants also had the opportunity to get the FLC information regarding the CENTRAL Programme from the controllers.

35 participants attended the national Info day and the FLC seminar.
