The objective of secondary data analysis concerning migrations was to show the present state and the perspectives of, as well as attitudes towards, migrations in the countries of the survey (Poland, Germany and Ukraine). The situation in the conurbations of Wroclaw, Dresden and Lviv was taken into special consideration. An essential element of the analysis was to show what impact economic migrations have on the development of business enterprises.

The purpose of this document is to describe the work that was carried out in the final Work Package of the ET-struct project, and to present the two project core output documents, which were developed. i.e. SMART project developed and implemented a trans-national management structure to link the involved regions so that they can provide their citizens with sustainable labour market opportunities.
