Propose a new project idea

Please note, that project ideas can only be posted by registered users.

For NEW users: Please click HERE to register as a user. Once you have successfully completed your registration and your user ID and password have been approved by the administrator, you can log on to your personal CENTRAL profile. In your profile a new project idea can be created

Please note:

• You have to be logged-in to the CENTRAL EUROPE COMMUNITY to post a new project idea.
• While project descriptions are visible to every user of this website, contact details of project owners are made available to registered users only. To find the contact details of another user that has posted a project idea, simply click on the name of the user on top of the project idea form, which will lead you automatically to his profile in our People section.
• Project ideas are short outlines of potential cooperation projects posted with the intention to promote the project idea with the CENTRAL EUROPE Community for possible submission to the programme. 
• Project ideas are not checked for suitability, eligibility or quality by any of the programme bodies. The CENTRAL EUROPE Managing Authority does, therefore, not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever with regard to the content posted in this section.
• Before you post your project idea online we advise you to study the Application Manual, as well as other relevant programme information posted on the site, such as the thematic sections.
