CENTRAL EUROPE makes shrinking regions more attractive by adapting services to actual needs, thereby increasing social inclusion and reducing brain drain.

The programme also sets to improve inclusion of elderly and disadvantaged groups to help minimise the negative impact of demographic change in the regions.
